about the artist

Andrea Mariano's realistic drawings capture our gaze in a way that leaves us in doubt whether what we see is a photo or a drawing. In her portraits, with a highly developed technique, she manages to convey the emotions and feelings of the person portrayed without altering the naturalness of the image. The realism is such that many times the creators of realistic drawings release videos to prove that what we see was not created by a camera.
